Minimalism & Quality of Life

Last night I watched an inspiring documentary about the mission to promote a more thoughtful relationship to our stuff. I found it thought-provoking and encouraging, offering a different look at what makes us happy (hint: it’s not stuff) and some alternative visions for living with less consuming and more purpose. In a world where consumerism, social media, cluttered schedules and overflowing closets tend to overwhelm our lives and jack up our anxiety, it truly does take a mindful and intentional approach to find calm and peace. Filled with cameos from other minimalist types (including parents!), sociologists and neuroscientists, Minimalism is available on Netflix.
